"I would like to send my condolence to the Humphrey family. In reading the obituary it is obvious that Manly lived a long life, the Bible speaks of individuals like Manly as having "special mightiness" (Psalms. 90:10) In times like this I reflect on the God's promise in John 5;28,29 of a resurrection of our dead loved ones. I hope this note brings you comfort at this time."
"Hello Humphreys children. We want to send you our condolences on the loss of your dad. We always enjoyed your folks and had many good times with them at married couple's functions at Trinity, Manilla. I remember one time we had a progressive supper stop at their house and we ate in the basement and all of the men accused Manly of shining his black sewer pipes for the occasion! Manly was always so neat with everything and a great cook. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. God Bless You Denny and Edie Mesenbrink"
"We are sending our sympathy to all of you. It is always hard to lost a loved one. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I always remember when my parents and yours went to dances and the good times they had."
"To all the Humphreys children- We share in the loss of your dad. He lived a long life and enjoyed the fact that his family came often for the big gatherings in his yard. It was always fun to stop and visit all of you! Our parents enjoyed many good time together, especially at the dances. Those were the good old days. May you remember the good times! Janell & Rollie"
"Our hearts go out to family there- wish we could be there with you. Love- Mark (from Malaysia) and Joanne, Sydney & Cole in New Mexico."
