In loving memory of

Dennis Walter Machowski
November 16, 1948 - September 18, 2020

Dennis Walter Machowski passed away on September 18th, 2020 at the age of 71. An only child to Marie and Walter Machowski, Dennis was born in Buffalo, New York on November 16th, 1948.

Spending all of his childhood and adolescent years in western New York, he would move to Texas as a young adult to serve in the United States Army. After his service ended, he found his way back to his hometown, where he would go on to work tirelessly in the food industry for most of his life, owning and operating several restaurants during that time as well as familiarizing himself with every aspect of the businesses he associated with. The career path eventually brought him down to Florida with stops in Daytona Beach, and Tampa before settling down full time in Cumming, Georgia, where he retired at the age of 66 from PFG Milton's. Still having desire and strong work ethic, he continued to work part-time for Enterprise and sought out new life experiences through travel. Heading abroad and nationally several times within the past few years visiting many states and countries he had never seen before.

Dennis displayed a passion for his faith, dedication and appreciation for hard work, and undeniable love for his family. Dennis always lent a helping hand and was there to listen for anyone who needed it. Fond of many sports, He especially, enjoyed rooting for the Buffalo Bills and most recently, the Atlanta Braves.

Dennis is survived by his two sons, David and Michael, wife Regina, her daughter Lynn and two sons Gabriel and Christopher. Together they have 10 grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 24, at 11:00 a.m. at Mableton Pentecostal Church in Mableton, GA.

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, 210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040 is in charge of arrangements.
