"I met Marie in 2011 when she and I participated in the MS SENIOR GEORGIA pageant. She was amazing. Her beautiful smile, charming personality and amazing piano playing and dancing endeared her to everyone she met. We were not surprised that she unanimously won Ms Congenitally. Throughout the coming years of our friendship, I could see that Marie was genuine in every situation. Her integrity was her best asset. To her family my deepest condolences. You were so blessed to have Marie in your lives. I look forward to a reunion with Marie in Heaven. Brenda Gilkey "
