Isabell Grace Bazan
January 21, 1953 - September 12, 2020

Isabell G. Bazan, 67, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at her daughter's home in Maquoketa, surrounded by her family.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at The Oakland Mill in Maquoketa, Iowa. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.

Isabell Grace Franklin was born January 21, 1953 Los Angeles, California to Donald Clay and Martha Virginia (Phifer) Franklin. She was a 1971 graduate of South Mountain High School in Phoenix, Arizona. She married Raynaldo Gonzales on March 25, 1972 in Phoenix, Arizona. Four children were born to this union, Raynaldo, Jennifer, Victoria and Patricia. On June 6, 2002 she married Donald Bazan in Ogden, Kansas.

Isabell was a homemaker and had lived in Ogden, Kansas for 30 years prior to moving to Maquoketa in 2018. She loved being surrounded by people, especially her family. She was an avid movie watcher and dvd collector. She enjoyed playing Bingo, hunting, fishing and collecting Boyds Bears.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Donald Bazan of Maquoketa, IA; children, Raynaldo (Andrea) Gonzales of Maricopa, AZ, Jennifer (Jeremy) Stowe of Maquoketa, IA, and Patricia Sheire of Payson, AZ; 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and a brother Donald Franklin of MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Victoria Gonzales and a sister Alicia Pauline Soto.
