In loving memory of

Tolka Blue

Tolka Blue passed away peacefully on August 24, 2020. In her youth she was very active. She was what every family dreams of in having a furbaby. She was small for her Great Dane breed but had love bigger than the world. She found her forever earthly home when she was 6 months old.

She remained so sweet, gentle and tolerant of both furbabies and humans alike until she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She loved her human sister, KK and brother-in-law, Jeff and fur niece and nephews. She loved to spend time in Chicago at her sissy's home when mom was on vacations. She always welcomed a belly rub and or a good ear massage. Her favorite toy was Turquoise dog, which had been replaced several times in twelve years. She was strong and brave and protected us by chasing the neighbor dogs and coyotes out of HER yard. She was very aware of her surroundings and made sure we noticed anything suspicious. SHe was a better mouser than her cat sister Lucy Lou.

Tolka's mom could not imagine how many friends she had made in her 12 years. Thank you everyone who will be missing Tolka in the days and years to come.

Left to cherish her memory are her humans; mom, Dixi R. Fischer, sister, Michaela (Jeff) Gold, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great-cousins. She was also loved by her K-9 niece, Judge Judy Gold, nephew Oliver Ragu Gold, and many many fur-friends.

She was preceded in death by her furbrothers, Tytan and Cletus and her fur nephew, Turkleton Ferguson Gold.
