Carol Perkins, age 48, of Indianapolis, formerly of Washington, passed away at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis, January 16, 2018, from injuries suffered in a car accident.
She was born on December 7, 1969 in Washington to John and Mary Perkins. She had worked in broadcasting and later switched to a career in nursing.
She is survived by her brother, Mike (Laura) Perkins of Terre Haute; sister-in-law, Teresa Perkins of Shiloh, Illinois; nephews, Matthew, Bryce, Josh and Jace Perkins and Brandon Wesselman; niece, Ashley Wesselman; and her fur babies, Teddy and Joey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Perkins and brother, Jim Perkins.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon on Saturday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Paul Ferguson as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 12:00 noon on Saturday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
