"My father was the most wonderful man I have ever known. I guess I am single today because I could never meet a man that met my expectations because my father helped me to set them so high! I haven't been allowed to see my father since my mothers passing. His kindness and the monetary gifts that he gave me throughout my life will never be forgotten. If it wasn't for him and my mother, I would not be here today! They helped me through the most difficult time in my life. They helped me through, two divorces, a nervous breakdown, a suicide attempt and drug abuse! They always told me that God has a plan for me and that I was put on this earth for a reason! God took him, my mother and my daughter, because they were suffering in this world, so that they might live a better life with him! I am sad, so very sad, but I can't allow myself to be selfish, as I have been so much of my life! May God forgive my siblings, for disowning me when I needed them, as I currently need them. Thanks to my father, I am alive and surviving. I meet a new obstacle everyday, but I know that they are with me and that God is with me! They are the angels on my shoulders. Now I know that my life will be fruitful , because of their passing. May he rest in peace! RIP DADDY, I LOVE YOU AND HAVE MISSED YOU FOR ALMOST FOUR YEARS!"

"Bud was like a grandfather to me and my kids. We used to spend Christmas with Josie, Glenda, the kids and grandma and grandpa. He will be missed by many as not only did grandma have a huge heart but so did Bud (grandpa)!! There was never a dull moment with them on the holidays!! My love goes out to Glenda, Josie and the boys. I'm praying for you guys!!!"

"Buhr Children.........................Sorry to hear about your father. "Buddie" and your Mom went to school with my older brothers, Bernie and Eugene Braun. Terry and Larry............you were my "first baby sitting" little ones !!!! Oh, both of you were sooooo full of TRICKS! I learned a lot of my "mushrooming skills" from your dad! Oh, how I loved to fish in your nice farm pond at your place in Whitfield.....which was right across the road from our farm. Cherish YOUR memories..............and let the love of your friends surround you at this time. Charlene Braun Ellis chellis@iu.edu"

"Terry: So sorry to learn of your dad's passing. Mary and I have fond memories of fishing in his farm pond, and the "slabs" of bluegills we pulled out of there. We hope all else is well with you. Matt Smith mnsmith2@yahoo.com"
