Clifford G. Scott
October 17, 1918 - February 13, 2010

Clifford G.'Scotty' Scott, age 91 of Washington, passed away on Saturday 5:00 AM at his residences. He was born on October 17, 1918 in Kirklin, Indiana to James and Eva (Wallace) Scott. He was a US Army Air Corp veteran of World War II. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, American Legion, and VFW. He had retired from US F and G Insurance Company after 37 years of service. He had attended Indiana University and graduated from Wichita State University. He is survived by his wife Patricia (Smith) Scott whom he married on November 26, 1954; one daughter and son in-law, Karen and Dave Isaacs of Zionsville; two sons, Mark D. Scott and Steve M. Scott both of Washington; one granddaughter, Erika Isaacs of Zionsville; one sister, Mary Ann Johnson of Frankfort; and one brother, Robert Scott of Rensselaer. He was preceded in death by his parents. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 8:30AM at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Gardens with Military Graveside Rites by the Washington American Legion and VFW. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM on Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary and on Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:15 AM Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Condolences may be sent online at www.edleemortuary.com
