"GOD BLESS you all...we will miss Shirley so very much...she was a godsend for us so many times over the yrs. when dad or mom were in DCH. She would ALWAYS bring a smile to their faces...always enjoyed them talking about fun times together. She was a very special lady. We had no idea she was ill and not working as no one has been in the hospital as a patient since mom passed last spring. You are all in our thoughts and prayers...Leo & Betty Duer's kids...Kathy (Duer) Bradford, Lee Duer & Sheila (Duer) Morris"

"We are so sorry to hear of her passing. I had just one opportunity to meet her at the family re-union in little falls a couple of years ago, but the pictures of her that I have say volumes of how well she lived her life. Our thoughts and prayers go to the many family members, and extended family. Chris and Dee Frerich"
