Carolyn ' Jayne' Waterman age 55 of Shoals passed away at 10:05 PM on Saturday at Washington Nursing Center in Washington, Indiana. She was born on December 5,1950 in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Billy D. and Barbara (Hawkins) Ritchey. She was a member Dover Hill Christian Union Church. She was a 1968 graduate of Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Michigan. She also attended Schoolcraft in Livonia, Michigan, were she was a member of the Honor Society. While living in Michigan she work as a bookkeeper and was involved with the Michigan Junior Achievement Program.She had been a Red Cross Volunteer for the Hoosier Hills Chapter. When She moved to Indiana she became the 6th generation of her family to Live in Dover Hill. Surviving is her husband; Donald Waterman, one daughter and one Son in-law; Jenny and Alan Oliver of Sulphur, L a., one step daughter; Rose Oehring of Mitchell, 6 grandchildren; Jacob Oliver, Josh Oliver and Hayleigh Oliver all of Sulphur, La., Alissa Wieczorek of Sears, Michigan., Christopher Rush of Evart, Michigan, and Andrew Macias of Mitchell, In., and one great grandson Jared Wieczorek of Sears Michigan. Also surviving is four sisters; Dee Vail of Westland, Michigan, Kay Grimes of Jackson, Michigan, Joy Andrykovich of Scottland and Cindy Hitland of Burnsville, Minnesota , and her step mother; Jackie Ritchey of Inkster, Michigan. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 7:00 PM at Harris Funeral Home at 31551 Ford Road in Garden City, Michigan.. Visitation will be at Harris Funeral Home 3 to 7 PM on Thursday.
