Joseph A. Haag
August 13, 1941 - October 13, 2007

Joseph A. Haag age 66 of Wheatland passed away on 9:56 AM on Saturday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. He was born on August 13, 1941 in Knox County to Leo J. and Elsie (Dunn) Haag. He was a US Marine Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Marine Corp League of Vincennes. He served in the Wisconsin National Guard from 1977 to 1981 and was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church of Petersburg. He was also an avid Washington Hatchets Sports Fan. Surviving is his wife Nancy (Parsons) Haag, whom he married on February 1, 1995; two sons, Mark A. Haag of Milwaukee, Wis., and Michael A. Haag of Milwaukee, Wis.; one step son, Sammy Parsons of Washington; three step daughters, Tammy Johnson, Jennifer Shake and Chrissy Crecelius all of Washington; thirteen grandchildren, Adam Haag, Amanda Haag and Mitchell Haag all of Milwaukee, Wis., Ryan Parsons, Beau Parsons, Trey Parsons, Kayla Parsons, Billy Johnson, Jayden Johnson, Jordon Shake, Courtney Shake, Kirk Crecelius, and Lexi Crecelius all of Washington; one brother Donald Haag of Wheatland; and two sisters, Connie Robbins of Brookville, Florida and Linda Newton of Monroe City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie and Leo Haag. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Ed Lee Mortuary in Washington with Father Ed Schneider officiating.
