"I just want to say how sorry I am for the loss of Timmy Joe. He has been a friend of mine since we were kids. His Aunt Ester Grove lived across the street from me. So when Tim would come visit, we would ride bikes around and just hang out. I spent a lot of time around him in school and when I worked at the skating rink. From memories at Harmon Field to Working on the City, or just seeing him drive down the street, Tim has always been a good friend and I will miss him."
