Jeffery Scott
September 24, 1951 - December 16, 2009

Jeffery L. Scott, age 58 of Washington, left this life at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at his residence after a brave battle with cancer. Born September 24, 1951 in Washington, he was the son of Malcom and Ada (Walton) Scott. He was a proud Army Ranger Veteran serving in Panama & the National Guard. Before his illness he was an avid ham radio operator with many friends across the states. KB9WAR is now a silent key. Surviving is his wife, Priscilla (Tooley) Scott, whom he married November 16, 1983; two daughters, Janara (Eric) Boomershine and Jessica Scott all of Washington; his mother, Ada Scott of Washington; 5 grandchildren, Eryk Medley, Ana Boomershine, and Canaan, Adian, and Brody Ingram; and his furry companions, Tilly, Nellie, and Macy. Private services were held Friday. He was buried in Plainville Cemetery. Ed Lee Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Helping Hearts Hospice, P. O.
