Raymond Ross, of Washington, age 69, passed away at 9:45 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. He was born on December 25, 1945 in Pike County to Andrew and Josephine (Wright) Ross. He is survived by four daughters, Linda (Bobby) Stephens of Indianapolis, Nancy (Chris) Peadles of Washington, Brenda (Fredrick) McClellan of Washington, and Bonnie ( Shawn Meredith) Ross of Washington; three sisters, Mary Armstrong, Agnes Ross, and Sylvia Ross all of Ireland; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Loretta (Weisheit) Ross; his parents; three sisters, Ethel Fae Ross, Glenda Ruth Ross, Dorothy Jean Ross; three brothers, Gary Ross, Franklin D. Ross, and Andrew Ross Jr. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Petersburg. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 AM on Tuesday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
