Robert Blevins age 87 of Washington passed away on Monday at 11:12 AM at Eastgate Manor Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at St. John Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Ed Lee Mortuary is handling arrangements.
