Michael Rufus Arnold, 63, died Jan 2, 2015 at his home in Washington. Michael was born November 12, 1951 in Washington IN to Rufus and Mary Regina (Shepard) Arnold. He graduated from Washington Catholic High School in 1969, attended Ocala Community College, and graduated from St Leo's College both in Florida. After graduation he was a teacher and coach for several years, before going into business. He is survived by children, Chris Arnold of Florida, Matthew (Kristy) Arnold of Texas, Mary (TJ) Murphy of Pennsylvania, James Arnold of Texas, Martha Arnold and Catie (Luca) Manfe of New York, and 8 grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Virginia, Joan & Margie Arnold; brothers, Malcolm (Susan) Arnold, Ron (Patty) Arnold, Robert (Dee) Arnold all of Washington, and Dennis (Kathy) Arnold of Newburg, one uncle, Thurman (Donna) Gill, many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 nephews, and sister Paula Jean Arnold in Oct of 2014. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held at St John's Cemetery Fri, Jan 9th at 1:30 pm with Dr. Bryon Holtsclaw officiating. Ed Lee Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
