Dennis Wayne Perkins
February 24, 1954 - October 6, 2010

Dennis Wayne Perkins, age 56, of Washington, passed away at 5:30 am on Wednesday at his residence. He was born on February 24, 1954 to Polly Ann (Seals) and Meredith Don Perkins. He enjoyed hunting, listening to music and watching sports. He had worked for Nigg's Poultry Farm in Dubois and Daviess County Highway Department un till he became disabled. He is survived by two daughters, DeAnna Brewer and Dana Perkins both of Jasper; two sons, Dustin Perkins and Daniel Perkins both of Jasper; one brother, Terrance Allen of Washington; three sisters, Beverly Kay Godfrey, Debbie Shull, and Lisa Fields all of Washington; and six grandchildren. He was prceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joel Perkins. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
