"Yesterday was Debbie's visitation & funeral. It was the largest gathering of our cousins in a very long time. The person whom officiated the service, Yvonne Evans, was fabulous; a heartfelt service that personally related to many of Debbie's great ways. Blessings to Ron. He was so warm, expressively open, & appreciative of all in attendance. His love for Debbie shined brightly. I think Debbie would have been pleased with the lovely celebration of her life. My love to all of Debbie's family, Cousin Kim"

"I rember her young and happy as beautiful as can be. I babysat Tabitha at about 3-4 years old one summer. She locked herself in the bedroom and wouldn't come out. I had to call my dear cousin and tell her I was being manipulated by her young one. I remember the ring of Debbie's laughter to this day. My prayers are with you guys, love you all so much!!"

"I will remember her smile and soft voice the most. As a young kid me and Peg, and Tina would be over at Debbie's house and she'd let us pick "a few" grapes to eat. We'd pick a bucket full and hide downstairs and eat till we were sick! Debbie never got mad at us much but she'd chuckle at us when we'd say our stomach hurt, she was a beautiful woman. I'm truly going to miss seeing her on my trips down home."
