L. Katherine Bullock McDonald age 91 of Washington passed away at 8:10 PM on Tuesday at Golden Living Center Woodlands of Newburgh. She was born on January 11, 1917 in Daviess County to William J. and Shiloh Ann (Gilley) Rodgers She was a member of St, Simon Catholic Church , Women of the Moose and American Legion Aux. The Family would like give a special thanks to Dr. Karel Sash, staff, nurses, and aides at Golden Living Center Woodlands and Aseracare Hospice for their outstanding care for Katherine. Surviving are three daughters and son in-law, Donna L. Bullock of Indianapolis, Doris and Jack Ott of Hamel, Illinois, Janice K. Mitchell of Florida; one son and daughter in-law, Roger and Cindy Bullock of Evansville.15 Grandchildren; 34 Great Grandchildren; two Great great grandchildren; one sister, Wava Reister of Washington; and two stepsons, Jerry McDonald and Jack McDonald both of Washington. She was preceded in death by her first husband Joseph Earl Bullock; her second husband, James McDonald; one son, Michael Lee Bullock; two grandsons; three brothers; and four sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 PM on Friday at St. Simon Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary with a wake service at 3:30 pm Memorial donations may be made to Washington Catholic Education Endowment P.O.
