Phillip A. Watkins, age 46, of Washington, passed away on Wednesday at his residence. He was born on April 9, 1966 to Edger and Nancy (Bradfield) Watkins. He was a member of the South Wind Wesleyan Church. He is survived by his wife, Sherryl (Groves) Watkins, one daughter and son in-law, Samantha and Justin Killough of Washington; one son, Mitch Watkins of Washington; his mother, Nancy Watkins of Washington; his father, Edger Watkins of Washington; one sister, Christina Chesnut of Washington; one brother, Preston Watkins of Florida; and grandmother, Esther Watkins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandfather. Funeral services will be AT 2:00 PM on Sunday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev. Phil Kessen officiating.
