In loving memory of

Elizabeth Benedum
June 3, 1972 - August 28, 2020

Elizabeth June Benedum was born in Winona, Minnesota on June 3, 1972 to Richard and Thora Lombard, and passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer on August 28, 2020 in Kasson, Minnesota. She is preceded in death by her father Richard and is survived by her mother Thora, her son Marley, her husband Tom, her seven siblings (Brenda, Becky, Mona, Dave, Pete, Paul, and Patrick) and dozens of nieces and nephews. Elizabeth (or Bits, as she was known in her family) became a huge part of the Houston community when she founded Barista's Coffee House in 2008, and is loved by many. Her main passion in life was cats; over the years she found, cared for, and found "forever homes" for many of them.
A private service will be held for Liz's family at a future date, and donations may be given to the charities "Camp Companion" and "TabbyTown, USA" in her memory.
