James R. Renshaw, age 75, passed away April 21, 2017 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was born on September 2, 1941 in Wheeling, WV to the late James W. and Vonia J. (Bragg) Renshaw. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Renshaw; brother, Charlie Renshaw.
He is survived by his daughter, Ronda Davis (Sylvester Bailey); son, James Renshaw Jr.; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and siblings: Judy Harden, Walter Renshaw (Lona), Homer Renshaw (Paula), Alfred Renshaw (Kandas), Dave Renshaw, Robert Renshaw (Debbie), and Willis Renshaw (Gloria).
A Celebration of Life service will be Wed., April 26, 2017, at 2 p.m., at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory in Council Bluffs. A memorial dinner will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Rooftop Lounge, 28 S 29th Street, Council Bluffs following the service. The family will direct memorials.
