Joslynn was a special gift, born on Mother's Day in Gillette, WY on May 12, 1985. She went to heaven on August 7, 2020, way too soon! She was the life of the party and made friends everywhere she went. She was smart, witty and her laughter and personality lit up a room. She had a passion for life, adventure, family and of course her dogs. Most of her career was spent in the insurance industry and wineries in Oregon. She had a taste for fine wine.
Joslynn is survived by grandparents Henry and Melissa Hazenberg of St. Paul, OR and Gertrude Hazenberg of Salem, OR; parents Keith and Renee (Tauer) Mentzer of Cave Creek, AZ , and Diane Hazenberg of Salem, OR; siblings Jeff Campbell of Phoenix, AZ, Joshua Mentzer of Salem, OR and Jennelle (Joe) Barnes of Scottsdale, AZ; one nephew, Gage Campbell of Phoenix, AZ, and two nieces, Tessa Kantor and McKenzie Barnes both of Scottsdale, AZ; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Joslynn was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Beverly Mentzer of Salem, OR, and Matthew and Pauline Tauer of Hastings NE; and infant nephew Barrett Joseph Barnes.

"I cannot begin to feel the pain this family must be going through. My son is just a year younger than Joslynn and I cannot imagine my life without him and his lovely family.
My heart goes out to Diane , Gert, Roger, Susan, Hank and all of the family.
Warmly, Gloria "
"I have such fond memories of Anna, Tessa
and Joslynn. Anna lived down the street from me and I was so entertained by them. I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Joslynn, she was a joy to be around.
"Diane and Jenelle
Dave and I were heartbroken to hear of Joslynn?s passing. Her smile and laugh were truly contagious. There are no words to express how sorry we are for your entire family. I can still see her and Anna walking down to our house in their ?sofie ? shorts, to either watch Deanna and Dez or visit Kris. Seems like yesterday. Please take comfort in knowing she?s in a better place and reunited with her best friend ,Anna
All our love ??
