Rex Allen Rhiner, 54, of Des Moines, passed away August 3, 2020. Rex was born in Des Moines on January 3, 1966 to Wayne and Morna Rhiner. Rex was known as "sexy Rexy". Over the course of his life he mainly worked in plumbing business; for himself or family members. He had a passionate love for animals just like his mother.
Rex is survived by his brother, Rick, a sister, Rhonda, and brother Mike (Mary). Rex also had 4 nephews and 4 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 16th, 2020, from 12-3 P.M. It will be held at Raccoon River Park in the Coneflower A Shelter. Please bring your own lawn chair and please practice social distancing. A luncheon will be provided.
