Jeremy Lee Hughes, age 40, of Westover passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at WVU Medicine -J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born September 14, 1979 in Charleston, WV, a son of Donna Fay McCoy Jordan and her husband Carl of Seneca, SC and the late Patrick Wayne Hughes.
In addition to his mother and step-father, Jeremy is survived by his fiance, Cassandra Todd and their two children, Isabella Fay Hughes and Thomas Edward Hughes; a brother, Brian Allen Hughes; a nephew, Brian Patrick Hughes; a niece, Emma Lou Hughes; his aunt, Debbie Moore; and his best friend, Kelly Kuhn.
Jeremy was a wonderful son and loving father to his children. He enjoyed hiking and being in the outdoors, bowling and attending church camp as a young boy.
At the request of Jeremy's family, he will be cremated, and a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
