"My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I have so many memories with Joy and Jerry and the family growing up.
"When we moved here from the west coast, Jerry and Joy welcomed us as their neighbor. Our friendship grew and grew. We often did things together, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Our hearts are saddened, but we know his spirit lives on and we cherish the time we had with Jerry. Our prayers are for Joy, Roxanne, and Jerry Jr. as they move forward. We are here for you anytime, day or night. "
"Joy and Roxanne
Jerry was not only a distance cousin but became a great friend. We shared great memories and many laughs over the years working together at Sawnee EMC. Jerry was always kind and helpful to me and everyone enjoyed his friendship. My prayer is that God will comfort you and your family in the days ahead. My best blessings. Travis Barrett"
