Abel Martin
Abel Martin, passed away just before dawn on July 23, 2020, on the same night a rare and special comet passed over the Earth. He was 98 years old and his legacy lives on through his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
We endearingly called him Viejo Feo, meaning "Ugly Old Man" in Spanish, but not only was he handsome, he had an incredibly youthful spirit.
He loved watching sports from his recliner (but mostly napped.) He loved playing dominoes, cards and forcing guests to drink tequila with him. He loved trying new things at dim sum, enjoying lemon sorbet and tending to his garden, but mostly, he loved his family.
He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
