Today we mourn the passing of Dorothy A. Elliott. She passed quietly on July 26th, 2020 in Ocala, Florida due to complications from lung cancer. She was born January 28, 1950 to the late George and Marcella Koenigsfest in Hoboken, New Jersey and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. Dottie also resided in South Florida from 1976 - 2005. She is survived by her husband, John L. Elliott, married for 24 years, and she is also survived by 6 sons; John Ardito, John Elliott Jr, Michael Elliott, Brian Elliott, Jason Elliott and Matthew Elliott; 3 daughter in law's: Donna Ardito, Kat Elliott and Morgan Schiffelbein; and 8 grandchildren - Christopher, Kolten, Brody, Brayden, Brylee, Carson, Gavin, and Ryker; Also, her extended family members from New Jersey and a special thank you to Shelley and Dawn. She was always the life of every party, bringing joy wherever she went, but nothing was more important to her than her family. We will truly miss her smile!
A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.
