Rodger Lee Baker, 46, Marion, IN, died at 7:45 p.m. Monday, July 20th,2020 in transit to the IndianapolisVA Hospital. He resided in Marion, Indiana.
He was born Feb. 8, 1974, in Rochester, Indiana, to Mickey and Connie (Lowery) Baker. He graduatedfrom Rochester Community High school where he played football and enjoyed photography. After highschool, he enlisted in the US Army where he was stationed in Korea for 18 months.
He is survived by his parents;two sons,Joshwa (Sidney) Baker, Rochester, and Jonathin Baker,
Clearwater, Florida;brother, Andrew Baker, Ottowa, Illinois;nephew, Ben Sery;and nieces, Juliet and IsabellaKeyes.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Christina (Baker) Keyes;and grandparents,Eugene and Mary Ruth
(Kuhn) Baker, and Raymond and Marie Lowery.
Burial will be at the Marion NationalCemetery in Marion, Indiana. Arrangements are pending with Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana. Memories and condolences may be shared atwww.armeshuntfuneralhome.com.
