Colton Dilliston Staggs, age 18, of Upland, IN, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.
Colton was born in Marion, Indiana on May 27, 1996 to Scott and Amber (Smith) Staggs. His first job while in High School was carry-out at Lances New Market in Gas City. A 2014 graduate of Eastbrook High School, Colton participated in football and wrestling making it to Semi-State in 2014. After graduation he left for LA on a 12 day road trip with his Father, Scott, in the Street Rod they worked on with a close family friend. Colton was a loving friend to everyone, accepting people for who they are and not judging them. He enjoyed his work at PCA (Packing Corporation of America) as a crane operator. Colton loved hanging out with his family and many friends, fishing with his grandpa Smith, and was an avid Ohio State Fan.

Arrangements are being handled by Fairmount Chapel, Armes-Hunt Funeral Home Cremation Services , 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, February 28, 2015 and 1 hour prior to the Service on Sunday. Funeral service will be at Fairmount Chapel Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 1, 2015. Interment will be at Park Cemetery, Fairmount, IN
