Matthews: Jennifer L. (Justice) Nuckols, 33, died Tuesday morning, September 23, 2014, in her residence. She was born in Marion, the daughter of Steven and Alice (Travis) Justice. She graduated from Eastbrook High School with the class of 1999. She went on to earn her Associates Degree from Ivy Tech, where she was on the Dean's List with honors. Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Cleo. She enjoyed cats, reading, painting, body art and was an avid fan of David Bowie, Neil Diamond, and Jim Morrison of The Doors. Survivors include her daughter, Cleo Nuckols, at home; companion, Nate Emerich, Matthews; parents, Steve and Alice Justice, Matthews; a sister, Stacey (Brad) Carmin, Gaston; two brothers, Jeff (Christina) Justice, Michigan, Jared (Andrea) Justice, Yorktown; nieces and nephews, Michael, Allen, Stephanie (Rob), Colt (Anthony Tosi), Jordan (Keir), Cade, Olivia, Calvin, Avery, Madison, Devin, and Caleb; great nieces and nephews, Aden, Kaylee, and Karson; her daughter's father, Tyson Nuckols; her grandparents and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation: 4-8 pm, Thursday, September 25, 2014, Jones-Smith Funeral Home, 259 N. Main St., Upland, Indiana There will be a private family funeral service at a later date. At her request, her remains will be cremated.
