Willbur J. Justus, age 80, of Fairmount, IN, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at Community Hospital in Anderson, IN. Wilbur was a pattern maker at by General Motors for 36 years.
He was the son of the late John Justus and the late Della (Johnson) Justus. He was born on November 23, 1929 in Fairmount, Indiana. He graduated from Fairmount High School in 1948. He married Barbara Thompson. She preceded him in death on January 31, 1992.
Wilbur loved the Justus Family Summer Fishing Vacations to Minnesota that he had been taking since his early 20's. He also enjoyed western movies and playing the guitar. He was a member of the CPC Sympathy Club, Patern Makers Union, Sons of the American Legion Post 95 Jonesboro, Moose Lodge #1778 Gas City, and a lifetime AMVETS of Marion member.

Wilbur was preceded in death by a son Dale Justus, Grandson Titus Justus, daughter-in-law Marie Justus, Brother Robert Charles Justus Borthers-in-law; Bill Wigner, Gordon Stace and Milton Dunham
Sisters-in-law; Sharon Thompson and Norma Wigner
and 3 half brothers and 2 half sisters.
Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Friday, February 19 and from 11-1 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2010. Funeral service will be at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2010. Interment will be at Park Cemetery, Fairmount, IN
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Titus and Wilbur Justus Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home
