Janet A. Collins, age 71, of Jonesboro, IN, died Saturday, January 9, 2010, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN. Mrs.Collins was a Homemaker and was a member of Incarnate Word Church, Kokomo, IN.

She loved the Lord and enjoyed drawing, painting, crafts of all kinds, ceramics and being on the computer. She enjoyed driving the tractor and working for the Carey family.

She was the daughter of the late Charlie Stone and the late Lenora (Stradley) Stone. She was born January 30, 1938 at Fairmount, IN .

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kenneth P. Collins, they were married September 1, 1958.

Carolyn (Herrald) Saylor, Ashland, KY

One Brother:
Donald (Marilyn) Stone, Jonesboro, IN

12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Rose Dancer and Betty Parker.

Arrangements are being handled by Armes-Hunt Funeral Home, 415 S. Main St., Fairmount, IN where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Funeral service will be at Armes-Hunt Funeral Home at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 13, 2010 with Howard Capps officiating.
