Upland: B. "Louise" Heeter Sullivan, 80, passed away Monday at 8:05 a.m. at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Bertle T. and Hannah Turner Drake Robey. She was married to John "Pete" Heeter who preceded her in death in 1995. She later married Charles Sullivan who also preceded her in death. Louise had been an Avon Representative for many years and had acquired several awards for her accomplishments. Louise attended Liberty Baptist Church, Sweetser. Survivors include children: Mike (Dorothy) Bishir, Fairmount; Chuck (Katherine) Bishir, Marion; Rev. Terry (Karen) Bishir, Converse; Dee (Julie) Heeter, Upland; John (Beth) Heeter II, Loveland, Ohio; Chris Heeter, Upland; Shirley (Geno) Miller, Marion; Kay (Ted)Williams, Hartford City; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
