Debra J. Whitesell, 52, passed away at 12:07 p.m. Saturday at Indiana University's Cancer Pavilion, Indianapolis. She was born in Wabash County, the daughter of Harold and Josephine (Douglas) McVay, who survive. Debra was a very kind, compassionate, loving and warm-hearted mother, and as a person in general. Her pain and suffering has ended, but her warm and kind-heartedness will be carried on within us all who loved and cared for her deeply. She had been employed in the marketing department of Liniger, Marion prior to her disability. Survivors in addition to her parents include children: Carissa, Braden (Alicia), Malia Whitesell, Indiana; siblings: Angela (Dennis) Arden, Florida, Kevin McVay, Indiana; nephews, Keegan Arden, Florida, and Douglas McVay, West Virginia; niece, Christina McVay, Indiana, Grandchild, Draven Whitesell, Indiana. Private services will be held.
