"Nancy, I was very sorry to hear about Jim. The only consolation is that suffering from cancer can be terrible, and now he won't hurt anymore. I am not looking forward to going through that. My husband is 10 years older than me, but is in very good shape for his age. I do not want to even think about it. Hope I make it for our reunion, it may not be easy, gas prices are so high, and I have 2 dogs to worry about. Take care, and stay around friends and family. Love, Marcia Joan"

"I'm going to miss Jim. He taught me alot about grilling at the Lions Club. I considered him the grill master since I first joined. I enjoyed working with him during any breakfasts or dinners. He had a contagious little laugh that he did while picking on Cindy. He was the master snow cone maker. I think all of the angels are going to enjoy all of his Hawaiian Shaved Ice cones up there. Your friends & fellow Lions, Rick & Cindy"

"To Neal, Alan, and the entire Gore family...I am sorry to hear of your loss. I personally have many fond memories of you all (Neal and Alan in school at EHS) and Jim from the service station. I particularly recall during the "great blizzard" during the 70's how I would take radio calls from folks in trouble on I-69 and call Jim out in his wrecker on my CB radio who would then show up and save the day for stranded travelers. He provided comfort to those folks and I pray that you will now find comfort and peace through our Lord."

"Dear Nancy and Family, So very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I look back many years ago and remember the fun "Jimmy" and I had playing together as kids without a care. It is a shame we don't stay in contact thru the years but it seems to be that way with many people. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family."

"Nancy I am in a state of shock to have learned of Jim's passing. I did not know that he had been sick. I know that you are such a strong and determined lady but I still feel bad that he will no longer walk with you. I am sure that there is not enough room in the world to include all the memories that you have of your life together. I wish the best for you and your kids. Señor"

"Nancy and family, Dianne and I were so sad to hear of Jim's passing but we are both confident of the hope of a future reunion for you all. Even though we are all confident of Jim being at a better place, it is nonetheless painful for those who are left behind. Know that Dianne and I are praying for you all during this difficult time.
