Upland: Paul B. Nose, 67, passed away at 1:52 p.m. Friday at Marion General hospital. He was born in Gas City the son of the late Frank and Alberta (Spaulding) Nose. He was a 1957 graduate of Mississinewa High School. He was an Air Force Veteran serving from 1957 - 1960. Mr. Nose moved to Upland in 1963 from Gas city. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, Marion. He enjoyed spending time on his computer and was an accomplished oil painter. He was employed with Glass Container for 26 years in Gas City and retired from Wiley Metal, Marion in 1984. Survivors include a son, Brian (Amy) Nose, Upland; a daughter, Libby (Mark) Douglass, Greencastle; two brothers, Frank (Pat) Nose, Benton Harbor, Mich, Bob Nose, Indianapolis; two sisters, Lynn Redden, Kokomo, Becky (Joe) Bartrum, Gas City; five grandchildren, Nicole (A.J.) Hamm, Christy, Shelly, Jennifer, and Ian. Service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 3, 2007 Jones-Smith Funeral Home Upland, Indiana Officiating Rev. John Bunch Rev.
