Marlene A Thimas ,age60 of Brockton passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on July 3rd 2020. She was the daughter of the late Helen Roderick and Joseph (Jedge) Thimas of Brockton. Granddaughter of the late Mrs. Loveday of Avon. She enjoyed time at the beach, traveling, yard sales, bingo, music, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.Beloved mother of Jayson Allen Thimas and Joshua Thimas-Alcala, both of Brockton. Grandmother of Jaylynne Thimas , twins Michael and Jayson Thimas, Connor Wirrelle, Kyla Thimas, and Logan Blau-Alcala. Sister of Carol Bell of Brockton, Pee Wee Roderick of Taunton, and the late Dennis Roderick. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marlene had worked as a PCA in group homes for most of her life, a job that fit her so well.She had a huge heart and loved helping others, for that reason she was blessed to have a host of lifelong friends that considered her their best friend. She will be missed tremendously by all.
