"We are so saddened to hear of Marvin's passing. Our love and condolences go to Mary Kay, Mike, Mark, Matt and all the family. Marvin and Mary Kay became our friends nearly 36 years ago when we bought our first house from them. Mark was probably about 6 and Matt was a baby. They were so nice and we became friends from then on. Our paths would cross when Marvin worked on our cars or we'd see Mary Kay at yard sales. Then Dave ended up working with Matt at Heatilator. We had a nice long visit at their yard sale this past summer. So sorry that Marvin had to endure his illness. He was too young and will be missed by many. We pray for God's strength and peace for the family now. If there is anything we can do..."
