John J. "J.J" Liversedge, 65, of Newport passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at Newport Hospital. He was the husband of Jo-Ann (Santerre) Liversedge.Born in Portsmouth, VA, he was the son of the late Charles and Mary (Ryan) Liversedge. He was an avid bowler and loved nature. You could always find him singing Karaoke or playingJeopardy.Besides his wife he leaves his sons Randy J. Santerre and his wife Maricel, Derek M. Santerre and Jamie A. Santerre and his wife Victoria all of TivertonHe also leaves four grandchildren, Jerico Rodriguez, Cameron Santerre, Angelin Santerre, and James Santerre and his faithful companion Oscar Liverlilli III.J.J. was the brother of David Liversedge of New Bedford, MA and Richard Liversedge of Newport, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Charles Liversedge II.Funeral services will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 1:00PM in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
