Irvin Hannis Catlett Jr, 72, formerly of Martinsburg, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in Morgantown.
Born January 10,1947, in Martinsburg, WV, Irvin was son of the late Irvin Hannis Catlett and the late Oneta Stotelmyer Catlett.
He was the father of Teresa Cox, Christopher Catlett and the late Anthony Catlett; grandfather of Anthony Frye, Austin Cox and Bailey Cox; great-grandfather of one; brother of Ronald Catlett, Linda Kisner, Cindy Walker, Cheryl Owings and the late Thomas Catlett; and the uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Irving was a member of the Vanville Church of Christ. He graduated from Martinsburg High School, Class of 1964 and attended Shepherd College.
Family and friends are invited to attend his celebration of life at The Vanville Church of Christ, 11 Classic Vanville Rd., Martinsburg, WV on Thursday, where visitation will be held with the family from 11:30 until the time of the funeral service at 12:30 PM with Minister Dan Nicksich presiding. Interment will follow the service at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens, 2938 Charles Town Rd, in Kearneysville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Vanville Church of Christ.
