Sharon Sue Susie Cain Devault of Morgantown went home to be with the Lord Wednesday afternoon, September 18, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital following a long illness at the age of 65.

Susie was born January 19, 1954 in Morgantown and was a daughter of the late James and Mardene (Diaz) Cain.

Survivors include her siblings, Bill Cain and his wife Vivian of Westover, Cathy Bartolovich and her husband Jim of North Carolina, Donna Richardson of Mississippi, and Fred Cain and his wife Christy of Morgantown; her nieces Maranda, Lorisa, Amy, Melanie, Amanda and Carla; her nephews Jamie, Nick and Max; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews, and her long-time companion Dave Buck of Morgantown.

Susie attended Living by Faith Church in Morgantown where she loved singing in the choir and being with her church family. She and her best friend, Reba, spent a lot of time together going to different music events and traveling. She like growing flowers and plants.

The skill she was probably best known for was her cake baking and decorating. For many years, people called on her from far and wide for cakes of all different occasions.
