"Debby, I lost track of you and Glenn over the years and was so saddened to find this site on the internet. I remember how you and Glenn hosted holiday dinners in Grand Forks, ND for those of us who were not able to go home over the holidays. Being stationed in ND was not a dream assignment but life was made better by the two of you. You and the whole Borrelli family have my deepest sympathy."

"I am beyond saddened to know that Glenn is gone, but the photo chosen for his obituary is the perfect memory of him--always smiling, with a mischievous twinkle in his eye. The very first time I met him, he insisted on eating lunch with me and made me feel so welcome. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so glad I was able to know him, if only for a short time. To his family--please know that so many people will miss him and wish you all the best in your memories and healing."

"I was sadden today to learn of Glenn's passing. I had the great experience to stay with him and his family for a month because of the WV CIP program in 2006, I can't believe how the time flights and always remember him as enthusiastic and happy man, wonderful dad and great husband. I learned a lot from him. He loved to cook and spend time in the garden, I learned how to harvest berries and other fruits. He always was very kind to me with a big smile. He will be missed by me and all other CIP international friends. Thanks all you did and your passion to help others. My thoughts and prayers with him and his family!"

"I was sadden today to learn of Glenn's passing. We met many years ago when I was Captain with Berkeley County Sheriff's Department and hosting our monthly Quad State (WV, VA, PA & MD) intelligence meetings. We quickly became friends professionally and personally and have shared many meals, calls, emails and working projects over the past several years. Glenn was a true professional and great asset to me and law enforcement in general. We spoke last several weeks ago when he called to congratulate me for winning the sheriffs nomination in Morgan County. He was so encouraging and supporting of me in this and in all my endeavors. He will be missed by me and all the other criminal justice professionals. Truth is I loved the guy and I have been blessed to have him in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with Glenn and the family."

"Glenn and I were hired in 2002 by DOJ as Natonal Intelligence Specialists. He in the NDWV and I in the SDWV. We immediately clicked. He had the Military intelligence background and I had the L.E. experience. It was a good balance which we used through the years to support each other's district needs. Glenn was very intelligent and had a good grasp about world, nation, state, and district intelligence needs. Through the years individuals and agencies would occasionally call with an intelligence question. My answer was always the same, Call Glenn, he will know. Glenn was smart, funny, and very proud of his family. He is deeply missed first as a friend, but also as a professional and a mentor in the intelligence arena."

"I had the privilege of getting to know Glenn through our work together for the Department of Justice. I, like Glenn, also worked for the United States Attorney's Office and I served with Glenn for many years as part of the Department's Intelligence Program. I worked side-by-side with him for several years as part of a prosecution team in D.C., and had the opportunity to get to know him both professionally and personally. Glenn was a consummate professional, a hard worker, and extremely devoted to his country and his family. You should be proud of Glenn's long record of distinguished service to our Nation. Glenn will be greatly missed, and I'm grateful that I had the good fortune to be both his friend and colleague."

"Dear Borrelli family, my condolences to your entire family on the loss of Glenn. I got to know him through the Intel Specialist program with the US Attorney's Office and our annual conference. Glenn was such a nice man and I always enjoyed his company, as did so many of the other analysts. I thought you might like to know that there are so many wonderful tributes to Glenn that are being emailed within our group from around the country. There's much sadness at the loss of Glenn but we all have fond memories of him and the words that so many are using to describe him are true gentleman, kind hearted, a warm & infectious smile, generosity of spirit, funny and a great guy. He will be missed."
