My bride, my best friend, the love of my life.
Jo Ann was born on May 21st, 1943 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Roy Lee Parker and Genevieve McConnell Parker. She was married for several years to Clayton Kelty. She was a real estate agent. On August 23rd, 2014 she married her husband Robert Andrews, who survives her. She was preceded in death by her mother and father as well as her step mom Mary Parker.
Along with her loving husband Robert Andrews, she is survived by her brother-in-law Richard, several cousins, step brothers and sisters, step children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Jo Ann stepped into eternity on June 12th, 2020 at her home in Fort McCoy, Florida to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
