"I went to high school with Denise, where she aways put a smile on everyone\'s face. Over time we lost track of each other, but two years ago I gave birth to my little boy who ended up with lots of health challenges. After a few rough days, a familiar face walked into the room and asked if it was ok that she was assigned to us. I was so happy to see Denise and have a familiar face at the bedside. She took wonderful care of my little guy and I. I will always be thankful that she was there as an unwavering force during that difficult time. She was wonderful!"

"Oh, Denise! Niecer Piecer. Bestie. My sweet, sweet friend! I can?t believe you are gone. We shared sooo many milestones together. So many ups and downs (but mostly ups!) Our friendship never wavered. We balanced each other out, you were the Ying and I was the Yang (or however that saying goes). I will FOREVER cherish the 30 years of friendship I got with you. Some people search an entire lifetime and never find a friendship like ours. I?m so thankful for our memories, together. I will love you, always! RIP, until we meet again and save some shenanigans for me! Love, Ashley "
