Jean Hulsey Lee, Age 83, passed away June 19, 2020. She was born April 17, 1937 in Atlanta, Georgia. She is survived by brother and sister in law Jimmy and Louella Hulsey of Cumming, GA, daughters and sons in law Debra and Jimmy Westray of Gainesville, GA, Jackie and Daniel Sapp of Eatonton, GA, daughter Lisa J. Lee of Houston, TX, son and daughter in law Jack J. and Angela Lee of Houston, TX., six granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and 16 great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Ms. Lee attended schools on the island of Guam, Kobe, Japan, El Paso, TX, and Gainesville Jr. College. She was a master cosmetologist and entrepreneur in the 1970's owning two Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio Franchises in Cumming, GA and Buford, GA. Ms. Lee was one of the first to apply acrylic finger nails and later became an owner of LeRae Unisex Beauty Salon in Atlanta, GA despite controversy from local Barber shops. Her other business ventures included Lee Consulting and Marketing, Cherokee Management Company, and she was a traveling General Manager for Fleetwood homes. She often volunteered with Hosea Feed the Hungry. She retired from Health Care services in 2012. At her request she will be cremated with no services planned. Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, 210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040 is in charge of arrangements.
