In loving memory of

Raymond Leon Taylor
March 20, 1942 - February 26, 2019

On March 20, 1942 Raymond Leon Taylor was born to Othenia Holland Taylor and Ira Taylor in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

As a child Raymond loved to dismantle his toys, such as toy trains to see what made them run. As he got older that love landed him a job with the Diecast Company in Los Angeles, CA.

Raymonds hobbies included baking cookies, and collecting comic books, train sets, listening to music, and singing. He had a great sense of humor.

A 1961 graduate of Dunbar High School, Raymond moved to Kansas City, MO for a short term, then to California where over the years he became the proud father of two loving sons, Raymond Taylor, Jr. and Aaron Ray Taylor.

At an early age Raymond accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. God sent his angels to relieve him from his suffering and bade his weary soul to come home and rest.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, sister Charity, and brothers Charles and Ted Taylor.

Raymond leaves to cherish his memory; brother John Henry Taylor of Nevada; four sisters, Evelyn Walker of Missouri, Wilma Cain and Mollie Brown of Arizona, and Darlene Cooper of California; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews, and a host of cousins, and friends.

He will be truly missed.
