In loving memory of

Chad Randall Futer
May 28, 1987 - April 28, 2017

Chad possessed an incredible spirit, an honorable character and a passion and appreciation for life. Chad kept the Lord inside, a line from a beautiful song that his GPa wrote for him.
Chad requested to be an organ donor and within hours after his passing, he saved the lives of two men by giving them each a kidney and the corneas from his eyes are now blessing two people to see the world throughChads eyes and his tissue is giving life to many others. The hospital flew a flag on the top of their roof in honor of Chad for being a hero, for all to see, and was alsogiven a medal of honor as a Gift of Life Donor.
One of Chads musician/studio friends, Rick Loughman, could not have expressed it better:
Chad Hume Futer is as lively a soul as has ever walked this earth. His smile was illuminating, his laugh and voice were a presence that commanded joy out of those around him. His road was not easy, he was dealt some tough hands, but he made his way through adversity with a graceful resilience. He was an artist whose passion for his craft was composed of genuine love. His style was truly original, undeniably unique, and it brought happiness to those who were blessed to see him perform. He was a true friend, who had many brothers and sisters, who he treated like blood and influenced with his selfless affection and unconditional generosity. He left us too soon, but in his short time here on earth, he made many lifetimes worth of impact on the lives of multitudes of people. He is loved, he will be missed, and his energy is infinite. We love you Hume!!! Rest easy brother. Peace. Love. Kauzafex

"Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I look forward to the promise at Revelation 21:4 God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Death and pain was not God's purpose for us. However, when this promise is fulfilled, we will enjoy life the way our Grand Creator purposed for usforever on earth. (Psalms 37:11, 29)"

"Wow, what an amazing, beautiful tribute yesterday at the Memorial/30th Birthday Celebration for Chad at McLintock's in Shell Beach. Although we appreciate the compliments given to us about how blessed Chad was to have had us in his life, the truth is we were blessed to have had him in ours. To nurture that young boy and watch him develop and grow in to such an incredible, honorable and wise young man was a joy beyond words. After meeting so many wonderful and good people that Chad had as friends, our hearts were filled with pride and gratitude. Cherishing and remembering the spirit of the people who cross our paths in life is what gives us insight and wisdom to carry to the next generation. Everything has come full circle. Thank you all and thank you Chad."
