Jill Tilton
Nov. 17, 1953 to Aug. 17, 2018 Jill Tilton, born November 17, 1953 in Idaho Falls, Idaho was the youngest daughter of Stephen B. Harrison and Florence Harrison, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on August 17, 2018 surrounded by her immediate family and friends. Jill grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah where she graduated from Skyline High School. She moved to the Seattle Area in 1980 and entered the mortgage industry where she made numerous lifelong friends and met her husband, Rick. Jill retired from the mortgage business in the year 2000 to help raise her precious grand babies. Jill was a loving and devoted family woman. She brought dedication, insight-fulness and a wonderful sense of humor to all the important causes in her life. Jill continued to support the causes she felt so deeply about as a strong supporter of the ASCPA and a registered organ donor. Two previously blind individuals now have the gift of sight because of Jill. Some of her most treasured memories include family get togethers, love of shopping, gardening and cooking. She loved travel, whether road trips home to Salt Lake City, Mom's Beach house on Monterey Bay or the many family trips to Maui. Jill loved her children and grandchildren. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. She spent hours decorating, creating fun traditions and making sure all present enjoyed the best Christmas possible. She never forgot a birthday and excelled at making each one special. Jill was preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Carrie. She is survived by her loving husband, Rick, daughter, Amy (Diana), son, Jeff (Cortney) and her grandchildren: Anthony, Jaden, Hunter, Kaitlin and Molly; sisters, Pat and Jane (Jay) and her Shih Tzu's, Hannah and Samantha. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Solie Funeral Home, 3301 Colby Ave, Everett Washington.
