"from cousin and stepbrother ron almond and companion sue harris. It's hard to put in words, but you will be missed and thought of often, so sorry for all your children and Catrina, know it is a very difficult time for all. We wished the bull shoals family outings would have been more often, but we all remember them. Lee's Dad was not in good enough health to attend, but he loved lee very much and thinks about him and his family. Just know his brother James will miss him more than anyone will know. May he rest in heavenly peace, from his Arkansas family."
"To Kody, Tyler, Kara & Torri - I am so sorry for your loss. Lee was a good father, a good friend and a good man. I remember him as fun loving and somewhat mischievous. We worked together for almost 30 years and have been friends for a long time. Take care, find strength and lean on each other through these difficult times. To Catrina - I had not yet had the opportunity to meet you but my heart breaks for you. I know that he loved you and had found happiness. God Bless You. Laura Smith"
"My prayers are with your family at this time. I cannot make it to funeral but will be there in spirit. Lee was the greatest funniest person I knew. My heart is broken. Rip my friend. Love you always and will see you again"

"I was very lucky to have Lee as a neighbor. As newlyweds we moved across the street from him in 1973. He would come over and help carry all he could as we moved in. He had known the people who had lived there so he was very familiar with the home. I always smile when I think of his first questions. He wanted to know which bedroom I had chosen and what one one my husband had. As our children grew he would take time to come over and play with them and take them over to see his rabbits. He was always kind and sweet. He was about 10 years older than my kids. God Bless "
"My prayers and condolences to the family, May the God who binds up the broken hearted and comforts all who mourn sustain and surround you until you meet again. Psalm 147:3"
"I am Lee's fiance's friend and she was so happy because of the love he showed Catrina. I'm so sorry for your loss my dear friend. Sending my condolences and I will continue to pray for you during this difficult time."
"I have the privilege of being step Aunt to Lee?s wonderful kids! I was his Nurse for several of his bigger surgeries. He wasn?t always the easiest patient but always the sweetest! We developed a great friendship thru some of his toughest times. The one thing that that always mattered most to him was his kids! I?m sooo sorry for your loss and sorry I can?t make the services on Monday.. Love and blessings to you all!"
